Bec was already on the ground floor checking on her Gammy, she's in the finals for the competition;  Bec got back to them when they were all down and jabbed a thumb behind her, "Hey, my Gammy said that the seniors are all going to have this potluck/Samhain get together, like a big barbecue, wanted to know if we wanted to join-everyone else don't seem to mind."

Lerin gave a groan, the elders already pulled him aside earlier to get all the things they couldn't reach, they were all so damn small, Alwin grinned. "Yay, oh that sounds fantastic!" It would be a great way of ending this trip; after the tubing and visit to the town they were at before.

Isaiah and Ellie were down with Wolf when the others joined them to hear the days plans. Is and Ellie were pretty much bouncing in anticipation of going tubing while Hikaru seemed to be keeping his cool about the whole thing though he was honestly really looking forward to it. Ender looked kinda pale the more that tubing was brought up.

In terms of the barbecue suggestion, Ellie jumped on it and declared it was meant to be with Is and Hikaru easily agreeing with her decision. Looked like they had a full day completely planned.

Wolf, being surprisingly the eldest among them, got the keys and lead the way, the pier didn't allow swimming but if they got out far enough to be surrounded by water, they'd be able to do whatever the hell they want.

Lerin pulled back to keep pace with Ender while everyone practically 'frolicked' with their leader, "Aye, you going to be alright with this? You can hang back you know."

Ellie, Isaiah and Hikaru made it to the boat relatively quickly, their excitement of the days events clear on their faces and in their body language. Ender hung back a bit to get her nerves in gear for sitting on the boat. She didn’t think she’d be able to tube per say but she didn’t want to be left behind either. “…I uh..I’ll manage…” she said quietly, not looking up to him as she spoke.

Lerin folded his arms following and kept his eyes forward and smirked, "You know, if you feel we're moving too much, you're more than welcomed to use me as a saftey floatie." He was trying to be sly, but by her not looking at him or giving much words, the hell was he doing wrong. They were just fine earlier this morning.

She chuckled quietly as she readjusted the straps on her bikini top. She didn’t like wearing this out in public. It was one thing to wear this sort of thing around the house but another to wear it so openly for everyone else…how Ellie did it confidently she would never guess. “Last I checked, you weren’t the most reliable person to go to in water based situations.” she said quietly, remembering how he’d unintentionally almost drowned her at the hotel on the art trip. She still kept her gaze down though; she wasn’t sure what to think in regards to where they stood at the moment.

"You were going to be fine. You just freaked out." He retorted. He saw her adjusting her top a bit then rolled his eyes, really needing to look at something else for a moment. Scars or not, the red was a good color on her-and happened to be his favorite color as well."You look..." He paused to think before saying something rather vulgar. Would she even like those kind of jokes. He then thought of something, "You look like a hot chili pepper; if I could, I'd put you on my enchiladas."  Nailed it.

Alwin took a spot that was with Ellie but close to Hika. Someone would be driving the boat an associate but Wolf gave the coordinates. Only really waiting on Lerin and Ender.

Ellie had started up a game of eye spy while they waited. Isaiah humored her and played along as did Hikaru though her answered were never hard to guess as she always either picked the water of the dock for some reason.

Ender sighed and ran her fingers through her hair absently, forcing her long fringe to fall over her eyes. “A pepper huh…? Guess I shoulda grabbed a t-shirt or something after all..” Did she really look that weird in this?

He'll probably ask her about it later but he messed with her hair, "You look fine; you know I like everything in red." He grinned.

She smiled slightly to his statement. She knew he liked red but he certainly didn’t seem all that interested in her attire regardless. He’d seemingly been purposefully avoiding looking at her since she’d put it on. It /had/ to look strange if he couldn’t even bring himself to look at her.

When Wolf called for them to hurry up, Lerin thought to give Ender a pick me up-literally-and swiped her up princess style. Heading over the dock into the boat, "Yeah, yeah, quit your yapping."

When he picked her up, she grabbed hold of his arms tightly for more of a moral support thing as opposed to an actual support thing; it really didn’t help either way. Ender’s grip tightened on him even more as he brought her onto the boat and she started to shake slightly as her fear began to set in. Fuck this was a bad idea.

Ellie and Isaiah both whooped happily when the boat started up; their adventures for the day finally getting a nice kick off. Ellie went to sit at the very front of the boat so that she could get all the wind in her face =w= Isaiah and Hikaru started placing bets on who would fall into the water first.

As the boat sped around the lake to get everyone hyped up, Alwin stayed by the side of the boat holding on the rail as the rush of wind made her untidy bun come down and her hair was now whooshing behind her. Wolf at the front with Ellie laughing though with the rush and the fact that her mouth was open, she could have sworn it was so fast that her cheeks started flapping.

Lerin sat in the middle seating of the ride while holding Ender on his lap looking out to the side grinning as they were zooming by. It would have been fun going near the edge, even more so to push Hikaru off but due to Ender he decided not to take the chance to.

Ellie was screaming happily and doing the titanic pose at the front of the boat. She pulled Wolf up in front of her and pretended to be Wolf’s 'Jack' while she was clearly Rose. This right here made all the horrible events of the week before almost worth it; this one boat ride.

Hikaru was seated in the passenger seat of the boat. He’d swiveled his chair to look over to watch Alwin as her hair flew behind her. She looked so free; so at peace out here. It was refreshing to see after everything she’d been through.

Isaiah was seated next to Lerin and Ender though he was turned around in his seat to watch the wake of the boat merge behind them. Ender was trying to remove herself from Lerin’s hold so she could curl up on the floor of the boat.

Lerin held her in a good grip around her waist though, just looking out to the view as though he hadn't notice her trying to get out. Alwin grinning looking out to see Wolf shouting 'Iceberg ahead'! Probably reinacting a scene; it seemed like when the vacation was close to over, they were all starting to enjoy themselves. If only they just stayed at the lodge in the beginning. She hadn't noticed that she was holding on to the rail too tight that her knuckles were white from her grip. They were passing the area again where the cabin was nearby.

There was news when Hikaru woke up that Paul was taken away but she had to wonder about Derrik. Did he even know that his dad was...no. It wouldn't add up-she worried but solved it by turning to look at Hikaru, he was doing okay and that alone was enough to get her back in spirits again.

The captain called that they were making one more round before everyone can abandon ship to go tubing.

Ellie maintained her hold on Wolf even after she called iceberg; she would no doubt abandon ship to act out the rest of the scene when the boat stopped moving. Hikaru had closed his eyes and was smiling as he felt the sun and the wind move around him. He half wished they had just started off at the lodge to begin with. Isaiah was nudged slightly by Ender in her attempt to get free, his attention brought to looking at both she and Lerin. She looked like she was about to have a panic attack. Too bad the only lifejacket was being saved for the use of the tuber.

The squirming even got Lerin's attention now as she almost elbowed his face, "Aye, calm down, stop it, I got ya." He assured trying to get her arms to be sure she stays put.

Isaiah watched with a grin as Lerin pinned Ender’s arms in place. She had some sort of plastic thing coating her left arm at the moment; looked like a fitted bag of some sort. He only saw it now that she was pinned in place. It was probably in case she went in the water or something. “Lerin maybe you should just let her sit on the floor..?” he offered. She seemed rather adamant about getting off his lap.

"She's fine, mind your own damn business." Lerin tossed a disgruntled look towards Isa, if Ender didn't want to come why the hell did she get on the boat anyway? Next time they go vacationing, they'll go somewhere with less water. Her jostling around getting rather annoying, maybe it also had to do with why she was so upset with him. Wasn't like he was going to toss her in the water or anything.

Isa shrugged his shoulders and returned his attention to the wake behind them. Ender decided her attempts to get free were in vain at the moment and went limp in his hold. She started reciting her favourite song lyrics in her head to distract herself. Why was she the only one not having fun?
